Establishing control, clearing the ground and forming the platform.
Establishing survey control and transferring the design onto the ground to millimetre accuracy.
Bulk cut and fill, trenching and formation preparation with GPS-guided plant.
Stage 02
Concrete, masonry, steel and pavement — the permanent works.
Batching, placing, finishing and curing concrete to specified strength and durability classes.
Frames, decks, cores and foundations — cut, fixed and cast to structural drawings.
Block, brick and stone walling, plastering and rendering to line, level and plumb.
Fabrication, erection and protective treatment of steel frames and secondary steelwork.
Sub-base, base and wearing courses laid and compacted to profile, density and ride quality.
Stage 03
Water, power and mechanical systems installed and integrated.
Potable water, foul and storm drainage installed, jointed, pressure-tested and certified.
LV and HV distribution, lighting, earthing and standby power installed to wiring regulations.
HVAC, pumps, pipework and process equipment set, aligned, connected and proven.
Stage 04
Finishing, proving performance and keeping the asset running.
The visible layer — joinery, glazing, tiling, painting and fit-out to benchmark standard.
Proving every system against specification before the asset is signed over.
Keeping the asset performing through defects liability and long-term service contracts.
Applied across
A concrete crew that pours a hospital raft one month is casting a quay-wall capping beam the next. The standards do not change.
Specialist packages
Earthworks, piling, structural steel, asphalt or testing and commissioning — taken on as a standalone subcontract package where a main contractor needs capacity.
